A graduate of Florida State University, Meaghan received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Meaghan went on to receive a Master’s Degree from Western Michigan University’s Behavior Analysis Program.
While attending Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Meaghan served as a Guardian Ad Litem and Certified Legal Intern for the Children and Families Law Clinic. She received the Certificate of Achievement for Bronze Level of Pro Bono Service and was the recipient of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Scholarship that is awarded to students exhibiting outstanding academic ability in the area of matrimonial and family law.
Since graduating from law school, Meaghan has concentrated her practice on marital and family law. She also served as an Adjunct Professor for Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center’s Florida Bar Ancillary Program, where she prepared students for the Florida Bar Exam, while mentoring them and providing individualized guidance.
Meaghan’s publications include “Dual Maternity Case to Head to Florida Supreme Court”, Daily Business Review, October 2, 2012, and “Saying I Do to a Smooth Divorce”, Weston Lifestyle Magazine, December 2012.
Meaghan has represented professional athletes (NFL, NBA), multinational and international business owners and executives, high net worth individuals, and every day people. She donates her time by providing pro bono legal services and has served on several occasions as a pro bono Guardian Ad Litem.

A graduate of the University of Florida, John received both Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Food Science, respectively. John also received a Master of Agribusiness from the University of Florida Graduate School where he focused on financial analysis and stochastic forecasting.
John went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. During that time, John became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and completed a Judicial Externship with the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida Dispute Resolution Department where he performed over 90 mediations. Further, John served the indigent of Seminole County while working at the Seminole County Bar Association Legal Aid Society, in his capacity as a Barry University Fellow sponsored by the Florida Bar Foundation. Also while in law school, John served as president of the student section of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Group.
John has always held a firm belief in public service and general principles of fairness.
