Transparent Pricing

for Dependable Family Law Services

Family Law Pricing

Marro Law P.A. has implemented unique client friendly pricing for our family legal services. The main feature of our pricing is that we work with our clients to arrive at a customized price for specific services. Before representation begins, our clients know in advance the amount of resources they will have to dedicate to the matter. This method of pricing is not common in family law matters, and is designed to create financial certainty and comfort throughout the process.

Traditional Fee Billing

Most attorneys charge for their services on an hourly basis. This means that the attorney keeps track of the time they spend on a case, and periodically send bills to the client based upon the time spent.

Often attorneys request an initial retainer from the client. The retainer is placed in a client funds account, and the attorneys charge for their time against the retainer until it is exhausted. Once the retainer is exhausted, clients might be asked to replenish the retainer or pay the remaining monthly bills from the attorney upon receipt each month. This type of billing can become a vicious and uncertain cycle for certain clients, as they may be left without representation when their resources run out and the case incomplete.

For some clients, this type of billing may still be appropriate and therefore we offer “traditional hourly billing” to those clients who request it.

Ranged Flat Fee Billing

Marro Law P.A. believes in providing individualized attention, quality, and affordable legal representation to each and every client. To that end, our Firm offers ranged flat fee billing which assists clients in controlling their legal expenses by eliminating the legal fee uncertainty that typically surrounds family law matters which can take much longer than expected to resolve. After years of assisting clients over a broad spectrum of family law cases, we are now able to determine a realistic fee structure for our clients and their budgets.

Prior to the commencement of our representation we actually listen to the potential client to better understand their needs, carefully determine the options available, weigh the costs and benefits of each option, and then formulate a clear strategy in line with appropriate stated goals. Once a custom strategy is developed, a flat fee price is determined for each potential client. Our pricing structure is designed to eliminate the extra stress of not knowing what a family law matter will cost to conclusion.
